As a membership association ICT:CAM aims to represent and promote members interests in both national and international forum to improve the overall ICT sector as a whole.
More specifically ICT:CAM’s mission is to:

• promote research and development to establish a sustainable ICT industry
• gather and disseminate market intelligence to members and potential investors
• develop the local workforce to meet the needs of business
• market the capabilities of the Cambodian ICT industry nationally, regionally and internationally through networks of associations
• act as an advocate on ICT standardization, regulatory and commercial issues
